Oak Leaf Necklace

Maroon leaves loop the skyline's soft shine,
claret pearls on the sun's neckline.

There are a pair of purplish leaved trees in our neighborhood. They are gorgeous in the autumn.

faye, you should have seen the foolhardy things I did in my youth. swimming in that freezing water. I never would do that today. also, I had gained ten pounds in Spain, so the week before going back home, I starved myself seven days straight and lost the ten pounds. crazy , huh? that is another thing I could never do today thought i need desperately to lose ten pounds at least!!!

Three birthdays and a church feast, during the last two weeks have done havoc with my WW plan. Can't enjoy tomorrow; I have to weigh-in by Saturday. Thanks for the comment, Andrea.
