O Christmas Tree

i
put up my
christmas tree
as early as can be
with a flick of a switch
strike awe without a glitch
stand uplifted at glitter lighting
it boosts my mood when I start sagging
it helps me get through dark dreary feelings
in early mornings and late evenings
warms
my heart
