Numb and Helpless.
no feelings
never ending heartache
faking smiles
pleasing people
making lies
building walls
drying tears
lying laughter
silent screams
hurting people
(including herself).
all part of being numb.
too numb to feel.
numb to the pain, to the blood,
numb to everything around her.
i try to help her,
i'm just not sure how.
