Now I Know To Take the Leap

Slowly our people are slipping,
Simply not caring about the important things in life.
I’ve fallen victim myself.
Shame on me, the mirror showed me
I’m better than this.
You’re better than this.
Let’s all stop hiding our pride.
It maybe a deadly seven sin,
If it comes down to preserving faith,
Commit the sin again.
Make more mistakes,
While continuing to learn.
No more asking for things,
It’s time to earn.
Yearn for the future,
The past no longer holds you back.
I’m tired of feeling lost,
A needle in the haystack,
World full of chaos.
I Remember when catching wind of Emerson,
Just let it go with help of Thoreau.
It’s time, the ticking gets louder when it’s wasted.
What good is fear If you don’t face it.
Be the man, bare the burdens.
And I no matter what, reach further.
LOVE.
