Now Able To See

As Jesus to Jericho drew near
a blind man called out in great fear
   “Have pity on me,
   I'm unable to see!”
Crowds in front shut him up with a jeer.

Bartimaeus called out all the more
“Son of David to you I implore...”
   “What is it for you,
   you want me to do?”
“I want back my sight like 'twas before.”

Said Jesus, “Your sight right now I restore,
for calling in faith has healed you for sure.”
   Now able to see
   he stepped out with esprit
following Jesus and praising the Lord.

Hello Lisle Ryder, it was the blind man's lucky day to get his eye sight back. Bless you. Your friend Darlene.
