Nothing Short of a Fantasy
It’s nothing short of a fantasy,
waking at dawn toes in the sand;
Fine gentleman holding flowers,
a luscious brunch sits before you;
Waking at dawn toes in the sand,
at first you think you’re still sleeping;
A luscious brunch sits before you,
if you taste it the spell’s broken;
At first you think you’re still sleeping;
His coaxing kiss feels like awake,
if you taste it the spell’s broken;
Did desire materialize?
His coaxing kiss feels like awake,
he carries the sound of the waves;
Did desire materialize?
Was it pulled from inside my heart?
He carries the sound of the waves,
fine gentleman holding flowers;
Was it pulled from inside my heart?
It’s nothing short of a fantasy.
