Nothing

Nothing stays still when the flower catches the light of the sun.
Nothing stays quiet when the thunder cracks the night like a gun.

Nothing stays present when the mirror insists on its lies.
Nothing remains sacred through those sad, telling eyes.

Nothing lives perfect in anyone’s life.
Nothing knows mercy in the thoughts hidden inside.

Nothing sees nothing when love withers and dies.
Nothing becomes us when memories fail in our minds.

wowwwzaaa.....nice write....nothing - the nothing itself contained in a definition..... then, is it not just a non existent definition.....a proposition wrt a being of a reality-(it)self....that is, some primacy of perception and its properties.......len
