Not Worth Crying About

There's no point in trying to keep something alive that should be dying down
Some things end, but that doesn't mean they weren't good
It means the time has run out on our love
When you think about all the laughs we had, you'd realize its not worth crying about

We both gave our all, so there's nothing to be ashamed out
The sun is beautiful, but you can still enjoy life when it rains down
Sometimes things have to end, so better things can start
When new chances come your way, make sure to bring your heart

We learned a lot, now we have to apply that to our life
Grow from what we go through and continue to be the best people we can be
I had no idea you'd be this important when I first saw you with my eyes
But it's clear that I wasn't made for you, and you weren't made for me

Holding on does more damage, sometimes its better to let go
There's no hard feelings, and I won't even make a sex joke
There's no need to be mad at love, just because we didn't work out
Take time to heal, and try with someone else, hopefully you know your worth now

There's no point in trying to keep something alive that should be dying down
Some things end, but that doesn't mean they weren't good
It means the time has run out on our love
When you think about all the laughs we had, you'd realize its not worth crying about
