Not What Was Suppose To Happen

the moon shines in pieces
dancing on its own tide
pulling eyes with secrets
swallowing more than just pride
i wont trap you with lies
hearts are to be inside
i wont if you dont mind
i just feel, truly

not all wings are made to fly

feathers tips tearing sky
toes crunching eggshells
struggles can be beautiful
if beauty is what entails
make up and go along
know right when its no wrong
Smile when hearts move on
i just feel, truly

not all wings are made to fly

familiar like a love song
we sing on a sunset
sipping from wine glasses
in the dark our eyes met
no where we would go
cause futures stay untold
love is born when the others old
i just feel, truly

not all wings are made to fly
