NOT THE WORD It's all about the picture and not the word. They think everything in ink has all been heard. In a painting or in film, it's the image that's inferred, Cause it's all about the image, not the word. -Edlynn Nau

Thank you for the read and comment. I'm quoting myself when I say that A picture is worth 1000 words but one word is worth 1000 pictures. :-D

Well said. Pictures may paint 1000 words but one word can paint many pictures also. Great verse.

Thanks! I do hope it gives everyone a chuckle! At least here, we can relate! You are so RIGHT! There is this cliché about the picture and 1000 words. There is none to represent why it is people are disappointed in a film after having read the book. It is, of course, because words can paint a 1000 pictures!
