A child was born within your womb It’s life began and ended so soon You did not know whether it be a girl or boy Or see it grow and bring you joy. I know there’s pain I’ve never known Yet know you don’t carry the loss alone. As tears fall from your (my) eyes My prayer is that you’ll always try To remember that life begins and ends And is held in the love and power of Gods hands
