Not Laughable
A king had all the food at his table
somewhere in modern Africa
power to feed kingdom he had
red hunger came flying in as vampire
subjects wept calling for rescue
children were little flesh-less cartoons
but the king laughed and told them
“Go, eat mangoes in bushes if hungry”
An obedient pregnant mother of five
climbed mango tree to pick food
Lo! she fell down dying instantly!
