Nostalgia
Nostalgia they say, is a thing of the past
They don’t make them like that
If they do they don’t last
They used to be bolder, bigger and longer
Harder and tougher and better and stronger
They would cost half as much
And be larger they say
You could buy twice as much
With half as much pay.
Now the food doesn’t taste
Quite the way that it should
It costs us much more
But the taste’s not as good
So would I go back to that time long ago?
There’s only one answer
And that would be no!
