Marimbas and xylophones
gently resonate 
in
droning rain
(a bright ether
streams into the coldness
and distant
         emptiness
         of
         space)

Voices of space
melodiously chant
in
mesmerizing light
(a luminous rain
pulses into the clouds
and remote
         landscape
         of
         sound)

Voices of joy
soulfully sing
amid
dancing candles
(a vibrating light
flows into the night
and cold
         curtain
         of
         void)
