Notes About The Poem

Australia’s Bogong moths are guided by the stars as they navigate up to 1,000 km to the mountains for the summer, and back to the coast to breed and die. New research has confirmed they use celestial navigation, making them the first invertebrates known the use the stars and gravity to find their way.
