nobody
nobody I am told
that's me, better to be, easy to please
nobody easy to control
but this placid face inside it does erase
nobody
within books, in dreams-i escape bold-escalate
and dare to desire ever higher flame my fire
for someday, one day, i will bloom
and those who control
those who robbed my youthful soul
i smile at them, forgive no to revenge
how can you treasure, take pleasure
on nobodys of long ago
