Our favorite teacher was in a fix
History class had not one, but two Dicks
       Teacher felt she was screwed
She knew it might seem lewd
But she kept both Dicks ~ out of politics

This one makes me laugh a little harder each time I read it. A fantastic limerick, my friend.

Second time in my life I've been called 'edgy.' First time was two hours and twenty minutes ago. See John Lawless' comment. ~ gw

Got a chuckle out of this one, gw. You're good at these limericks ... just like everything else you write. :-) Your poet friend in Texas, Bill
