No Sleep

Instability, pain
Pain in my eyes at the bright light
Wanting sleep tonight
Sleep is ellusive again

So cold, and alone
Pain comes too regular now
Aches and grinding joints,
Cramping, gnawing pain with shaking and weakness.

You may want to consider some medications such as Ambien. Clonazopam is pretty good too, takes out the sleepless anxiety so you can relax enough to fall asleep. Hope you feel better soon.

Doris,I'm sad to hear you are suffering so. A lil' tip,lay in your most comfortable position and start praying to Jehovah God,first start with the lords prayer found at Matthew 6:9,..and then ask for your blessings in Jesus Christ's name, continue praying to God about many things, talk about the wheather today,..the food you ate,a bird you seen,...ect,also tell Him that you are having trouble sleeping and you need His help,...and keep on praying to Jehovah ! Until you wake the next day !love james

I too, just had a sleepless, fitful night...so I know how long those hours can seem. Too bad we can't have a "night owl" club...where all the insomniacs can come together and give each other a little support! Well done, Doris!

Dear Doris, I am sorry to hear this. I do hope the pain leaves you soon and that you get some sleep. I have trouble with sleeping also, but not do to pain, I just have a brain that is constantly creating and won't rest. It is 3:41 am as I write this. Another sleepless night. Re my book 'A journey of Roses and Thorns, this one is not finished yet, but when it is I will let you know. Thank you for your interest. Love, Lainie
