Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Crimson petals, on poinsettia’s shadow
Healing the heart, broken by still nights
Glistening thoughts, in hesitant glow
Softly calling, a song beneath the lights
Vibrant eyes, sometimes dark, sometimes mellow
Still the snowfall’s journey through the hushed weather
Following the path of silence, winds like soft yellow
Quietly inspired, stirring dreams with time’s graceful feather
Easy stars, flowing from the heavens, wonders, classes
Maybe the heart can feel the heavy, demanding chance
Easternly skies, alive with feelings, dark as molasses
Stunned by the moments, praiseful, wonderous dance
Indigo moments, thriving like fireflies in summer
Creating a glow of glorious beauty, brilliant as pearls
Playing hope over the stars, the moon’s newcomer
Broken into equal parts of truth, blessing shy girls
Through the music, in faded gusts, winsome
Hasty flow of love and grace, abiding throughout
Mesmerizing, kindness to offer, convince Him
He is the king for all who believe He’s what life is about
Jesus, the Prince, the Light, the Joy of my soul
He brings my world a moment of peace, a hope
That restores my dreams and makes me whole
Reassuring my heart that, whatever comes, I can cope
Because I know the One who goes before me
Making a way, silencing fears, wiping away the tears
So that I know, when darkness grows on the sea
There is a love that fills me with joy throughout the years
In the springtime, glittering stars unfold in the skies
While summer reacts with a song of rosy lights
And then autumn brings with it the moments so wise
As the winter remembers His embrace stills the nights.
Through all the seasons, through the wrong and right
There is a blessing in the moment He decides
There is no secret, no darkness and no insight
That won’t be opened by the prayers and praise that abides…
Inside those who believe He is the way, the truth, the life
He is the wonder that brings souls to heaven above
He is the reason that we know the meaning of sacrifice
His cross proved the meaning of hope, faith and love!
Never stop believing – where He is… that is the meaning
Beyond all the stories, beyond all the worries and pain
There is a Savior, who came to offer His intervening
So, despite our worst sins, His love will forever sustain
This is the blessing that I’ll never stop confessing..
Jesus is my Savior and this love needs expressing…
It’s love I know and I’ll forever be professing,
Praising this King without any second guessing!
