"no Regrets"

Pulling away is never easy as I always feel sad... I want so much more but not ungrateful for what we had.. The drive back is clouded with thoughts of your wave... My heart is aching thinking of all the love we have gave... No regrets we promised but our souls feel another way... One day soon this will have to be seen, for now we must part and share in a dream...

Times ebb and flow, although the parting is sad it sounds like your soul's connection to this other person's soul is intact. Always a pleasure reading your poetry Michael.
