No rear view mirror

Lament not dear heart, the moments gone by, for it is futile to needlessly cling to past images that now make us sigh, more so knowing, mere thought is not the thing, so why not add to each life breath some bling? Feeling not thinking, focus unblinking, we find ego cravings slowly shrinking, choosing to remain vibrant in the void, head and heart with pulse of bliss beats linking, regaining soul’s pristine sheen unalloyed.

True, with cravings shrinking it's a pleasure to gain the patina of soul. Very insightful thought.
