Thank you for having the courage to write this. I was beginning to think all the anti-Trump "poetry" was the norm for poetry soup.

Hey, thank YOU for reading and commenting, Robert.... Btw, when I wrote this I only felt what I always felt: the need to shoot straight and to 'call 'em as I see 'em---as things actually are, I would venture. This Ilhan Omar was the beneficiary of a US rescue from the ravages of refugee-camp existence not too long ago---and this is her gratitude. Speaks volumes. ~ gw
