All learned to do practices no Doctors,no Engineers,no Lawyers and no Accountants if they aren’t practicing.Knowledge and practicing the learned subjects make some one a professional.Politicians aren’t professionals because they do only practice that also not the learned subjects but something else with unknown Moto and mysterious objects.
