there is no need
to read this poem
it doesn't have
a lot going on
in no way does it
dive in deep
or keep you on
the edge of your seat
nor lends itself to
a sultry tune
where it speaks of
life's doom and gloom
this poem will not
start a blaze
with anything
it has to say
it's not here
to make you think
you'll forget it all
by the time you leave
this poem you really
need not read
because this poem
doesn't say anything
