No More Suffering
NO MORE SUFFERING
Holding back the bygone years
on rumination in vain?
Forgetting past stress and strain
I rejoice. Mind is clear.
Holding back the flowing tears,
thorny bushes to remain?
No use. I clean my garden
removing weeds with sharp shears.
I have wasted all the years,
worries almost to be slain.
New hope and zeal to regain.
overcoming barriers.
I have wasted all my tears
not to shed more, but refrain!
Neither to rue nor complain,
but to enrapture self! Cheers!
