No Longer Blind To Love
The Lord extends his hands to the lost and broken in spirit as his love has no biases or boundaries
the mighty and the rich are welcome at his table to dine as are the thief and slayers of mankind
He opens doors that once were closed and with loving patience he awaits for us to fall into his tender embrace
His love and grace abounds as no color, class, or gender, does he acknowledge or recognize in our souls
self-awareness remains elusive when we look for his presence with cold hearts so unworthy and blind
enmeshed in difficulties we rail against him afraid and lost as we lay blame at the foot of the Lord’s Cross
Our security rests in the Lord’s heart alone while we need only open our eyes to see his glory manifested
the one who tarries is welcomed equally as are all whom choose life over death and nothing can sever our eternal bond
one faith, one Lord, united in Jesus’s everlasting love for all, in simple trust he beckons us into the Holy Trinity forevermore…
