No Daisy

Can a flower survive in the dark?
With not a soul around to say hello
And not a drop of water to soften the soil?
No sun during the day to kiss its pedals
With warmth and no moon at night to
Bleed magic into the air?
Can a flower survive in the cold chaos
That darkens our souls on a daily basis?
While people's lives revolve around a
Made up monetary system and the planet
Dies from greed and evil every second
Of every single day.
The pain and starvation are needless realities
We have the power to end.
But if a flower can't survive, then How can I?
Flowers are strong and beautiful.
I am no daisy at all.
