Dear Michael, two of my dearest friends died young from cancer and your poem brought tears to my eyes. I expect to be reunited with them one day and see them not as the appeared as the disease took its toll, but as they did when they were healthy. If this is for the sijo contest, it's surely a winner. It's a very hopeful way to see it.. I just came from my sisters funeral... and I know one day we will meet again... not the brightest ... but always at her best... and I think God saw it he took her by his side.. leaving her young ones alone... he better have a good reason... for that...
