NO BIGGER THAN YOUR FIST

The heart is a wonderful organ, without it we wouldn’t exist… which is crazy when you realize it is no bigger than our fist. Four weeks after conception, well before we officially arrive It begins to beat and doesn’t stop until we’re no longer alive. Our brain is used for knowledge but its our heart that guides the way? In fact, it is so important to us…it has it’s very own holiday? Valentine’s Day is a day that has set itself apart as the only holiday we have that celebrates the heart. A heart that nurtures us while dancing an energetic but delicate ballet A heart that must be treated with kindness not just today…but every day The heart has a magical capacity for love...as everybody knows The more and more it loves and is loved the stronger that it grows. But there is also an aspect of the heart that often goes unspoken for as strong and as sturdy as it is… it can easily be broken. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if to describe us when we’re gone… people use this epithet… That we were always gentle with the hearts of everyone we met. So as you celebrate each other’s hearts today some of you will get candy… some will receive flowers… and countless others will be kissed Remember this whole thing started with an organ… no bigger than you fist.…
