No Better Feeling

~

Cool autumn nights
and warm sweater wishes
Sunset desires
in apricot kisses

November eyes
as sapphires glisten
Echoes of love,
melodic we listen

Shadowy bliss,
neath maple trees swaying
Soft fallen leaves
together we’re laying

Shooting star dreams,
moonlight revealing
You in my arms
there’s no better feeling
