No Account People

A pandemic common occurrence:
Losing one's job and health insurance!
The hospital count*
Continues to mount
Morticians wonder who is the dunce?

* People without an income nor
health insurance die at home or in the
street, not in hospitals!

G'day Rico … why this occurs is beyond me. Perhaps it's why the rich get richer, I don't understand it when citizens become collateral damage - thanks Rico - Lindsay

For capitalism to succeed, the masses must remain poor and stupid. Cannon fodder does not require good health, nor an education! Aloha! Rico

That's terrible Rico, thankfully in the UK we have the NHS which is free although we pay in taxes through our working lives, at least there is no astronomical bills at the end. Tom

Most of the developed nations have some type of NHS which is essential to controlling pandemics, but America's wealthy will NEVER support an healthy, educated workforce despite the tumbling birth rate. Aloha! Rico

Yes, wealthy Americans do not understand that "common" Americans die at home to spare loved ones outrageous hospital bills. In Honolulu, it costs $1,300 for the ambulance to the morgue, and another $800 from the morgue to the crematorium, which puts many young families underwater. Thank you for reading and commenting! Aloha! Rico
