No

A thousand petals Wine and chocolates Perfect! Always perfect! Perfect to me Never perfect to you A hundred proposals And a hundred no’s A thousand nights of tears Heartbreaks and regrets Tormented thoughts from all your no’s Why “no”? What’s wrong with me? And once again I try again The perfect scene A diamond ring My charming smile My special tux And still you say no! No?! Give me a “yes”! A “yes”…or something close to it I crawl back into my hole And swim in an abyss of tears Anger Rage Hurt Bitterness The shackles that bind me This has now become my mission I no longer love you I’m just… I just… And then it dawns on me “I’m addicted!” Addicted to your indifference Addicted to your rejection Addicted to your “no’s” I’m an addict! Lost in a cocoon of misery A star-eyed lunatic In search of a “yes” From the lips of my tormentor I no longer love you What I feel is… I… Come on! I need a “yes”! Free me from this misery! Just give me a “yes”! Say yes! Please say yes!
