Nightmare
I wake up
from Nightmares.
Having a hard time sleeping.
Memories I don't want
To remember.
Images through my mind.
Reminding me of the pain
I went through.
That I tried to forget
Almost like I'm living
Through it again.
Feeling every emotion
I tried to forget.
Waking up in the middle
Of the night wanting
To cry or scream
Cause it's too painful
To go through again.
