Nightfall

Her hush rolls like folding scrolls
Gentle breeze, whiffs of anise
Fire, cream puff desire
Soft sorbet, goosebump display
Draw back of kite, lull of light
Descending easel bending
Blackboard slate, forgiveness' weight

Juliet, I enjoyed this. Clever internal rhyme and imagery.

My favorite scent at night in summer is the night blooming jasmine. I enjoyed your seven senses of nightfall Juliet. xxoo

Thanks, Jeanne. I wrote this after the contest and went another direction with it. I enjoyed the idea prompts.
