Night Fool
i knew you in the dark you were kind and gentle
without a word from your lips you told me you loved me
although i could not see - i knew you wore a smile
your heart was my heart that is how close we were
when i knew you in the dark...
now in the daylight i no longer know... you
have become a stranger here before me is a cold unkind man
there is no more smile no more love
do you have a heart?
i feel as though mine is gone too.
