Night
Spreading through the air
The silver tress of hair
Over the heads of trees
The grass is soft and light
The stars smiling bright
With the nightlight's breeze
Along the clay-covered path
The smell of maiden earth
Where the squirrels cry
So dark, so quiet!
And the star peep and hide
As they sparkles above
And sings with the wide
And I walk and say the prayers high
