Nickled and Dimed

Mandatory health insurance is the law,
better have it or you'll feel the lions paw,
penalty a fine,
nickle and dimed,
premiums each year increasing what for?

But I fear it may not get much better with improvements, or another replacement, to solve the problems. And it is the government people with fantastic insurance for life who are making the rules.
