Anacreontic verse written on December 11, 2023

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
January sighs with gentle wings, hesitating, blue dreams, driven by hearts, who believe, light falls like grace, breathing silence where the fresh snow cascades in laughter, erasing darkness, soothing night, tumbling through starlight, moon whispering new year kindness’ reflecting joy echoes of new, drifting in soft winds, peaceful, resembling… mist over the hills, resting on the pines, melting the day with an embrace, light flowing through the cold, resolution, told beyond the mourning, the wintry friend is calling, snowflakes shuddering, praise of tomorrow, the hope!
