Making resolutions is easy, but keeping them is very hard, Arbol. Whatever resolutions you have made, it's helpful to have friends telling you that you can achieve them. I fear I'll never lose the holiday pounds because I find ice cream irresistible. Wishing you luck with your resolutions! Best wishes, carolyn

Ice cream is so delicious and difficult to let go. I gave up smoking many years ago but have not had the will power to give up sweets. Thank you for visiting.
