New Year

It's a New Year again, Time to turn another page -- though I am far from new~ closer to Old Sage. Time to forgive...and let go... -- as seasons flow the cold of January will leave our North~ Southern breeze will again melt the snow, thawing Nature's frostier thermostat -- (a subtle lesson in there for all of us) -- Myself, never much for skiing -- having taste closer in line with toasty-sand and dazzling-shore however, no need to further bore anyone with my own preference -- mindful that we all have personal deference -- but more than enough in fond common not to foolishly feel need to share any affections not deemed innately neutral, amiably acceptable when cordially meeting and passing - My this year's resolution: To make a little less fecal pollution to love a little more a welcome mat not far from the bell camera at the front door -- I won't be naively foolish -- but maybe a bit less frightfully ghoulish...

Yep, not burden other people with my crap. Spread less of it around. Sometimes a person forgets that they are not the center of universe...:) Thank you, Andrea; looking forward to a great year!

And a joyful, prosperous New Year for you and all your loved ones. My wife can no longer do a lot of housework, so the task falls on me. Man! That is real work! Blessings my friend.

I will try to be more loving, more trusting, and have less to protect.... Blessings my friend. Possessions are sometimes substitutes for personality.

One day at a time -- one foot in front of the other, an occasional side-step, and a back-step when obliged -- life is a dance of sorts. Happy New Year my friend!

Great advice! Do the best we can; be loving and respectful -- and when that is not possible, leave it up to God, trusting in His Decision. Blessings my friend. Wishing you and your loved ones a very Happy New Year!

I know; frustrating. I guess it's just that time of year, family and friend relationships. I have desire to write poetry even while opening Christmas gifts -- and, for me, there seems no spiritual conflict. Life and poetry are happily~ one. For others it is an enjoyable hobby, pastime -- for addicts, like myself, it is a need to mainline constantly:) Track-marks up and down my dictionary and thesaurus. Certain that, if I end up in intensive care, I will be writing poetry on bed sheets with whatever fluids and implements available:) Blessings my friend. Things will be back to normal soon. Happy New Year!
