Never too old to change

At this age
I figured life would be a breeze
Time to kick back
Enjoy live

But life changed
Never dreamed it would
Life once looking forward 

Set in my ways
Thoughts and ideas
Past experiences

Now times have changed
Ready to share my life
Moving forward
Time to change
Expectations 
Ideas
Thoughts of the past

Letting go
Hurt
Misunderstandings
Fears

Opening my heart
Opening my mind
Gladly changing 
Gladly sharing 

Never to old to change
