Never Last Long
In life,
together we play in a sandbox,
making sand castles in wonderland.
Poetic times with flowing lines
you’re a woman who understands.
I'm by your side at sunrise
we're on the beach at sunset.
An evening breezes
and tranquil seas.
That's how you and I met.
Together we move in the midnight
wind chimes play a sweet song.
Like apple pies and fireflies
Good times never last long.
