Never Give In

Like a phoenix from the ashes,
I will live to fly again.
This illness will not beat me
I will fight away the pain.
I will soar above the tree tops,
Like I did in yesteryear.
Live my life,as I did before,
As if the pain was never here.
The legend of the phoenix
Rising right before your eyes,
Once again full of life,
To fly the wonderous skies.
