Never Been In Love

If i told you i'd Never been in love would you believe me?
I don't know how to express it so could you teach me?
Locked my feelings up, maybe I just need a hug to free me
If I told you I'd never been in love would you believe me?

I've bed hopped a lot, and hugged many
But all the girls you seen me with, I never loved any 
Love has escaped my grasp many times, I couldn't catch it
Or it gave me an offer and I wouldn't match it 

I played these girls and I'm ashamed of my past ways
Seeing as many as I could, living like it was my last day
I'm not asking for the world to forgive me or to understand
But now I've met a girl who makes me want to be a one woman man

I used to think that love was a game won by how many girls you dated
But now I've only got eyes for you, and if you leave, my world is naked
I want to learn how to love, but it may take time
I've always had a whole heart, with a not so great mind 

I want to give you the world and more
I've never felt like this about a girl before
I have some great plans for you
That's why I'll prove to you, I'm the right man for you
