Never knowing what comes next,
Never knowing how to feel.
Never knowing lifes passion,
Never knowing its appeal.
Never sure how to hold on,
or go toward the next step.
Never sure what to think
or who to believe.
Never wanting others to know,
how you feel inside.
Never wanting others to know,
the confusion you hide.
Never showing your pain,
Never showing emotion.
Never showing how to help,
Never giving a notion.
Never letting others in,
Never letting them know.
Never letting you mind open,
for all to show.
Never understanding life
or anything it brings.
Never understanding friendships
or people, or most anything.
Always wanting a chance,
Never taking it.
Always alone,
Never a friend.
