Neutron binary star collision Drifting in the ether, most of my adult life Drawn toward a magnetar, she's a prototype Exotic matter unimaginable, powerless to repress Mercurial wondrous, one time star has turned goddess Imploded onto my scene, light weeks ago Contains only neutrons, emits an ovulating glow Trapped in her energy, I've become a willing feeder Stripping off my outer layers, every orbit I come nearer Accretion disc envelopes me, she siphons off my matter Relentlessly devouring, inexorably I'm growing flatter An inverted death embrace, drains the life from me Oozing radioactive plasma, overcome by gravity Nothing left to give our marriage, togetherness remain Resting on her surface, satisfying each others pain Pulsating forever, orgasming every few seconds Lovers radiate jets, ejaculation going errant Originally written 08/30/21 2022 Poetry Marathon Mile 10 Poetry Contest Sponsored by: Mark Toney 07/27/22

This is indeed an astounding creation; David, your alignment in deep space with the intertwined neutron stars and magnetars that causes unexplained reaction in the cosmos (A Magnetar has a diameter of 12 miles and a mass of 1.4 solar mass). And this one has a very interesting analogy; both of them started with the death of a large star and its collapse to create a Starline object, in the case of Magnetar, and a new-born human life. This is in my fave.

Thank you Lasaad I'm honoured with your fav, I have been fascinated with neutron stars since my teenage years, you are pretty familiar with the science behind them, imagine a teaspoonful of this matter, would weigh the same as Mt Everest, I believe they create as they feed off each other, hence my analogy with the human condition, cheers David
