Neck Surgery

Stiff neck, sore aching muscles
curse those who want to
Startle me!! Oh the pain!

thanks Doris for your kind comment. hope you are feeling better - is good to write the pain out - only helps a bit, I know. I live with chronic neck and upper back pain, get 3 epidurals a year - not working anymore, so not sure what I will do. surgery may be ahead for me too. wishing you to be pain free, wouldn't that be lovely? all the best hun, shar xoxo

Ouchy, those sudden movements can be very painful after surgery. Hope that pain soon eases for you. A few years ago I had major abdominal surgery & I do like to laugh...it wasn't a good combination, haha. All good now though & hoping you will be soon too ~ Sharon :)
