Natures Walls

Nature’s Walls - Lifeless rubble, plucked like a rose over the shoulder of a mistress. How did we not see the wraith between the trees? As time passes, forget not do the ones who bark instead of see Moss grows across her to display companionship as a key Yet man, why do you bark instead of see? Declaring this and that yours upon a devils decree As forces naked to you and me sit in disbelief, I too cannot cease to disbelieve. Oh, how poor you must be to ignore the life that sits beneath your feet, Have you truly forgotten of nature’s walls? Do you always leave those who bare your past within its halls? Is it not enough for you, to love those who loved you at every call? Oh man, these questions I ask in hopes you wake before you fall.
