Natures Glorious Room

Pondering about life at high noon 
just sitting by this beautiful lagoon
gorgeous plants, flowers in bloom
all of nature seems to be so attune 
all of our Worlds ills I feel immune 
bathing in its glory this lovely afternoon 
relaxing on a log that’s been expertly hewn
no worries, knowing it will be night soon
I will splendour under a bright new moon
now a wonderful sound of a nightjars tune
thought that anyone could harm this boon
then I would surely, most certainly swoon.
