Natures Gift

Footsteps heard
Through crackling leaves
As the snowfalls glittering the sky
With an owl hooting above
While the waves of a stream
Lapping over the rocks
with whooshing sounds
The Fish leaping from below
Jumping to the sky wiggling
A distant sound of a frogs ribbiting
With snow covering the ground
Logs placed upon a fire
Crackling and sparking
with warm feelings within
A dim light shines in a tent
While guiding the way
This night of peace
Among snow covered trees
Awaken to sweet smells
Bacon and eggs with coffee brewing
With the fresh sent of nature

Nature is a gift isn’t it! This is lovely. Beautiful imagery. And the tent and bacon and eggs feel like you’ve honored your human readers with an invitation. Nicely done dear poet :)
